Jordan Clifton is a graduate of Catawba College, with K-12 licensure from East Carolina University. At Catawba, Jordan portrayed Galileo in Brecht's, The Life of Galileo at the Kennedy Center American College Theatre Festival and was awarded a full scholarship by The American Theatre Festival to attend the Open Jar Musical Theatre Institute in NYC. Jordan is currently a Fulbright Teaching Fellow and will soon teach and travel throughout India! He has works regularly as a teaching artist at North Carolina Theatre, South Carolina Governor's School for the Arts and Humanities, Raleigh Little Theatre and beyond. As an actor, regional performance credits include productions with North Carolina Theatre, Theatre Raleigh, Broadway Series South, North Carolina Opera, Triad Stage, North Carolina Summer Rep, The Barn Dinner Theatre of Greensboro, Temple Theatre Company and Snow Camp Outdoor Theatre. Jordan looks forward to continuing Broughton's history of excellence, by creating meaningful theatrical experiences here at Broughton and beyond! Jordan is an active member of the Educational Theatre Association, North Carolina Theatre Arts Educators Association and the North Carolina Theatre Conference.
